Paper Selection and Publication Process
- When a manuscript is successfully, an assigned editor shall send an E-mail confirming to the corresponding author(s) within 2 working days. In the event of no correspondence within 2 days, please contact the Editor-in-Chief for guidance
- Peer review is double-blind; the identities of both reviewers and authors remain anonymous. Three experts shall peer-review; two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal (to review a submission for suitability). The review process may take 4-8 weeks.
- Notification of the result of review shall be by E-mail.
- In the event of a straightforward acceptance of manuscript publication of the online version shall be done within 7 working days. If revisions are required (Minor or Major revisions), authors may revise in accordance with reviewer comments and resubmit within 10 working days except more time is requested by authors.
- An electronic pdf version (with DOI) of the published article shall be made for download on the journal’s webpage free of charge.
- From March 1, 2022, we will provide free print copies for authors who really need them at a fee of GhC 300 per copy. Authors are requested to kindly fill an application form to request print copies.
- We shall however provide the journal’s eBook in PDF format for authors, free of charge.
